We want to inform you about power outages that have closed some schools in the district this morning.  School is closed today as a safety precaution until the power is restored. 

Power is out at the following schools::

• Fairmont
• Montalvin 
• Highland

We are in contact with PG&E. If the power is shut off for a longer period of time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Students will not be marked absent due to the outage. School will be in session tomorrow and run a regular school day.

We know the loss of power is a disruption, and the safety of students and staff is our highest priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding,
