Check-list for site AP Course Administrators:

    1. Late spring/summer:
      • Support new AP teachers in creating teacher accounts and their AP courses with College Board. Teachers will:
        • Complete a Course Audit Form

      • Approve Course Audit Forms completed by new AP teachers
    2. Beginning August 1:
      • Reauthorize courses for teachers who are teaching the same AP course as last year
      • Remove authorizations for teachers no longer at your site or no longer teaching AP at your site
    3. Beginning of school year: Cross-reference master schedule with AP course audit list to make sure all AP courses are accounted for and authorized
