Diploma Ordering Instructions

We are submitting all new year diploma orders through Jostens Graduation Central®

- An account has been created for all Office Managers

- Member ID – Your email address
- Password – Click on forgot password to set it up
- Please check the Diploma Information tab to make sure all the information is correct.
- Update your graduation date as soon as you have it.
- Submit your Diploma Cover count by Friday February 28, 2025, earlier if possible
- Click on the Ordering tab to order your Diplomas and Certificates
- Deadline to submit your Student list is Friday, March 14, 2025
- Our purchase order for this year is 20250517
If you have a new principal this year, please complete Jostens Signature Form
- Use a fine line black felt tip pen, sign within the guidelines.
- Do not use wide-tip pens or ballpoint ink as they do not reproduce well.
- Complete the Name and Title information sections.
- Scan with a 400 to 600 DPI and email Mary Kitchen and hsdiplomaorders@jostens.com.
Additions/Corrections to the current year list can be modified on Graduation Central up until the order has been submitted. After that email directly to hsdiplomaorders@jostens.com, include your school name, graduation date and student name.
If at any time, you need to order a replacement diploma for a student that graduated in a prior year, please complete the Replacement Diploma Request form in Informed K12. Attach the transcript and submit it to your principal for approval. Cost for a diploma that is older than one year is approximately $35.00 plus shipping/handling and tax.
