GET A COVID-19 VACCINE
All Californians age 12 and older are now eligible to get a safe, effective and no-cost COVID-19 vaccine.
People can get vaccinated through County and State-run sites, pharmacies and other healthcare systems. This link below has information about how you can get vaccinated through different vaccine providers.
COVID-19 TESTING FORMS
For the Voluntary Spring In-Person Intervention and Instruction plan, an initial Covid-19 test is required and can be done at no charge at your school. The link below provides lengthy forms and ask for health insurance information. You wil also find information on what to do if you do not have health insurance.
