TOWN HALL MEETINGS SET TO DISCUSS ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN WITH DISTRICT STAKEHOLDERS

RICHMOND, Calif.—The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) will be the subject of three town hall meetings, District officials announced.

The meetings are an opportunity for parents, teachers, students and community members to engage in the decisions that impact their schools. District staff will listen to concerns and suggestions of all stakeholders regarding the development of the LCAP and funding priorities for the next several years.

Meetings will be held as follows:

Thursday

February 12

Helms Middle School

2500 Road 20, San Pablo

6:30 p.m.

Saturday

February 28

Peres Elementary School

719 – 5th Street, Richmond

9:30 a.m.

Saturday

March 7

King Elementary School

4022 Florida Avenue, Richmond

9:30 a.m.
