Upload Your Child’s COVID-19 Vaccination Card in a Few Easy Steps


Good morning WCCUSD families,

The deadline to upload your child’s COVID-19 vaccination card is coming up. All students who are participating in in-person learning after February 18, 2022, will need to be fully vaccinated. If you do not plan on having your child vaccinated, please let us know as well.

You can add your information in a few easy steps. If you can not use the portal, you can submit a paper copy of the vaccination card to your school site.

Follow these instructions from the district IT department to use your Chromebook to take a photo of your card and then upload to our secure online portal.
