  • WCCUSD Vaccination Mandate Reminder October 15, 2021

    In WCCUSD, eligible students, aged 12 and above have until November 15 to get their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The second shot should be taken no later than December 15. WCCUSD students are required to be fully vaccinated by January 3.

  • On-site Covid-19 Case & Vaccination Status Dashboard

    West Contra Costa Unified School District will report all confirmed positive COVID-19 cases among staff and students physically present at district facilities during their infectious period. The dashboard will be updated daily.

  • New Covid-19 Testing Information

    We have partnered with Laboratory Services of America (LSA) for our weekly COVID-19 testing. LSA will administer weekly rapid COVID-19 tests to students and staff. LSA will require everyone to complete a new ONE-TIME REGISTRATION PROCESS that can be done on a laptop, computer or mobile device.

  • Dr. Kenneth "Chris" Hurst Named WCCUSD's Next Superintendent

    WCCUSD Board of Education voted April 14 to hire Dr. Kenneth "Chris" Hurst as the District next Superintendent. Dr. Hurst becomes WCCUSD's 10th permanent superintendent and first African American permanent superintendent.

  • Meals Available For All Students

    Families with children ages 18 years or younger can pick a week's worth of meals (breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks) at no charge at any of WCCUSD's 15 school meal distribution locations. Meal pick up is from 8 am to 1pm on Thursdays.

  • Update Your Contact Information

  • New Family Enrollment Now Open

    New family enrollment for families new to the West Contra Costa Unified School District, including transitional kindergarten and kindergarten opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21.
