New and Returning WCCUSD Families
WCCUSD IS ONLINE AND PAPERLESS! New and Returning WCCUSD families need to complete the Annual Back-to-School forms. New and Returning Families get the school year started by making sure we have your best and updated contact information by completing the District's Annual Back-to-School form in the PowerSchool Parent portal. In a few clicks, you can complete all the school forms, including contact information, emergency care information, Immunization Records, Media Release, lunch forms, and more. All of it is 100% online for your convenience. See below for step-by-step instructions. Please complete the forms for each child.
STEP 1: Visit wccusd.powerschool.com
New and Returning Families/Parents: Visit wccusd.powerschool.com on your computer, tablet or phone.
STEP 2: Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Account
NOTE: If you have not created an account, you will need the PowerSchool Parent Sign-on Letter from your school, which contains instructions with Access ID and Password for your student. You will also need a valid email address, which we can also help you set up.

STEP 3: Click on the Annual School Forms Icon
Update all of your and your child's information in a few clicks, including best contact number, email address, student information, Immunization Records, Emergency Contacts, Media Release, and meal forms all in one place. Please complete the form for each child.
**Please note, the Annual Forms may not be completed in the PowerSchool app. You must visit wccusd.powerschool.com to access the forms.
