- Coaches Hiring Process

Hiring Process for Athletic Coaches at WCCUSD.
Please allow 45 – 60 days to complete all requirements.
- Register and apply on Edjoin.org
- Interview with Athletic Director and Principal
- Receive an email link to chalkschools online Proposed Athletic Coaches Form (PACF) – temporary contract.
- Fill out all information on PACF sent via email and attach all documents showing completed requirements:
- Concussion Certificate
- Coach Ed Course
- CPR/1st Aide
- TB Clearance
- Fingerprinting Clearance (appointment with Human Resources)
- Fill out a few additional forms
- Photo taken for ID Badge
- Mandated Trainings (available online w/ instructions on PACF)
Once PACF is submitted and requirements have all been completed you will receive a phone call or email for clearance to start working.
