• Hiring Process for Athletic Coaches at WCCUSD.

    Please allow 45 – 60 days to complete all requirements.

    1. Register and apply on Edjoin.org
    2. Interview with Athletic Director and Principal
    3. Receive an email link to chalkschools online Proposed Athletic Coaches Form (PACF) – temporary contract.
    4. Fill out all information on PACF sent via email and attach all documents showing completed requirements:
      1. Concussion Certificate
      2. Coach Ed Course
      3. CPR/1st Aide
      4. TB Clearance
      5. Fingerprinting Clearance (appointment with Human Resources)
        1. Fill out a few additional forms
        2. Photo taken for ID Badge
      6. Mandated Trainings (available online w/ instructions on PACF)

    Once PACF is submitted and requirements have all been completed you will receive a phone call or email for clearance to start working.
