        In order to be considered to become a member of the Citizens Oversight Committee for Parcel Taxes, you must be recommended to the Board of Education by one of the following groups:

        WCCUSD Youth Commission (student)

        United Teachers of Richmond (teacher)

        A west county Chamber of Commerce (business person)

        Hercules Chamber of Commerce

        Pinole Chamber of Commerce

        San Pablo Chamber of Commerce

        El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce

        Richmond Chamber of Commerce

        El Cerrito Chamber of Commerce

        A community-based organization in west county serving youth (youth leader)

        A classified employee union

        Public Employees Union, Local 1

        California Charter Schools Association

        A west county taxpayers association

        West Contra Costa Administrators Association (principal)

        West County Mayors Association
