    Teachers and students access content using their district computer network usernames and passwords. Programs are being aded often. *Please note that it's recommended to install a Clever Chrome Extension on non-district devices.

    National Geographic Learning - myNGconnect - teacher access codes are available from EL Services; teachers have instructions for student access. Students and teachers can also link to myNGconnect via the Clever portal, which will retain the username and password. Curriculum available - Inside for middle school ELD and Edge for high school ELD courses.  

     
    Britannica - Available in English and Spanish (Escolar). Our online encyclopedia allows studnts to toggle between three different reading levels. Users can create folders with research information to share with classes. Teacher-created lessons are included as well as a variety of tutorials. See Vimeo introductions:
    TeachingBooks - collection of literacy resources; videotaped author interviews; lesson plans; text complexity information; teachers can share reading lists with colleagues and students. Quick 4 minute video tour and introduction 
     
    Smarter Balanced Digital Library - provides subject and grade-specific resources to help teachers apply formative assessments during daily instruction. Site include video overview and FAQs. Link also provided in via the Clever portal, which will retain the username and password.
