All student cumulative records are kept at the school site last attended by the student for a period of five years upon a student's exit from the school. Exit from a school is defined as either the date a student is inactivated from the enrollment or when a student graduates.
WCCUSD only maintains records if the student’s last school attended was within WCCUSD. You can obtain your records from your or your student's school of attendance. Please report to the main office with a valid form of identification (i.e. ID Card, Driver's Licence, Passport) when requesting student records. Please refer to the District School Directory for your students school contact.
