Logging In

  • How do I login to ESS?
    The ESS login address is located in several places on our website. Initially, log in with your Employee ID as your username and the last 4 of your SSN for your password.
     
     
    You will then be asked to set a new password that has 6 characters minimum and must include a number, an upper and lower case letter, and a character, such as a %,$,*.  Please choose a hint to help remind you of the password. Use your secure password to log in.

    What if I forget my password?  The system has a self-service password feature or you can email payrolldepartment@wccusd.net and request a password reset.
