The West Contra Costa Unified School District's newly sworn-in Board of Trustees voted 5-0 to approve the Superintendent Job Description at its December 16, 2020 meeting. The job description is the latest step in the District's process to select WCCUSD's next leader.

Leadership Associates led a community forum to review the draft Superintendent Job Description (English | Spanish) and the results of the community-wide Superintendent Search Survey and the community and parent/family listening sessions. Please take a moment to review the job description and then take part in the Thought Exchange and let us know what stood in the description, and what is missing in three particular sections Professional and Personal Profiles and the Education/Experience.

The Thought Exchange is available here and will remain open until 6 pm, Wednesday, Dec. 16. The Board is scheduled to review the job description at its December 16 meeting.
