Property owners who previously qualified for the senior exemption are NOT required to renew their eligibility annually. Property owners who wish to request a tax exemption for the 2013-2014 fiscal year must complete and return the form (and supporting documentation) to SCI, Attn: WCCUSD Exemption, 4745 Mangels Blvd., Fairfield, CA 94534. If your tax form is not received by June 30th, it will not be processed for the current year but will be held for the following year.
