The Teacher Support and Teacher Assistance Program (TSAP) is created to provide support  and assistance to veteran teachers who are eligible for the program. Further, it is also designed to assist all newly hired teachers in the WCCUSD in order to help make their first years’ experience in the West Contra Costa Unified School District successful.
