The information on high school transcripts is confidential and protected by federal law. For this reason we must have your permission in writing with your signature to release your records.

    Request Transcript Form - Requires an upload of a Photo ID. Feel free to mail in a letter to our school to request a transcript or with the desired information enclosed. Please mark the letter "Re: Transcript" so we can get to it quickly. The address is:

    When writing a letter, you must include:

    • Your name and the name you used in school
    • A copy of a valid form of identification
    • Your birthday
    • The School(s) you attended
    • The year that you left that school(s)
    • Where to send the transcript




    For those who seek an Education Verification, please send a processing fee of $15 dollars addressed to Richmond High School, ATT: REGISTRAR, along with an authorization form stating the candidate agrees to to share their information with your company. Please include the following proof:

    • Name used while attending Richmond High
    • Date of birth
    • Graduation date/year
    • Social Security Number is not needed!
