The information on high school transcripts is confidential and protected by federal law. For this reason we must have your permission in writing with your signature to release your records.

    Request Transcript Form - Requires an upload of a Photo ID. Feel free to mail in a letter to our school to request a transcript or with the deisred information enclosed. Please mark the letter "Re: Transcript" so we can get to it quickly. The address is:

    When writing a letter, you must include:

    • Your name and the name you used in school
    • A copy of a valid form of identification
    • Your birthday
    • The School(s) you attended
    • The year that you left that school(s)
    • Where to send the transcript
