Richmond High School was built during a time where schools, similar to our neighbor Kennedy High School, did not receive windows and included many hallways and walls. Today, Richmond High School's structure makes it both unique in the state of California, as well as challenging to navigate. Make sure if you stop by the school you come in through the main entrance off 23rd St. During school hours all outside gates will remain closed and locked. Visitor parking is located in the front entrance of the school (off of 23rd St).
We are a single entry-point school. All visitors must wear visible "Guest Passes" to identify them while on campus. Students and alumni who are visiting the school, please be sure to have prior confirmed clearance with the front office and check in with the front office upon arrival. The safety of our staff and students is our top priority, so we ask that all guests respect our procedures.
