Welcome to Hercules Middle School! This is my 7th year with Hercules Middle and my 13th year in WCCUSD. My degree and background is in Dance. I have been dancing in the Bay Area for over 35 years! I have been fortunate to share my Dance experience with many schools and my love of Fitness. My focus for my students is to have them move every day and to learn the motivation to move outside of school hours. I wish nothing more than for my students to grow up to be healthy individuals with healthy minds and bodies. I enjoy exercising in a variety of ways and promote all exercise to my students. A healthy mind-body-environment connection is also an important topic for me. Students will look at PE and Dance through a Wellness lens to maximize their healthy choices. I look forward to all the new faces I get to see every day!
