Investing in Academic Excellence (IAE)

  • A Sponsored Group Committee of the Student Activities Fund

An expanded fundraising effort at El Cerrito High School
is designed to carry on our school’s proud tradition of academic excellence.

An opportunity to learn is the key reason students come to school every day and we want to ensure that every student has the best experience possible. IAE was established in 2010 at El Cerrito High School by parents, community members and staff members to raise funds to achieve academic excellence at ECHS. This generous community has become a critical part of El Cerrito High School’s ability to meet its future.

OUR VISION:  Investing in Academic Excellence aims to support the work of students and teachers in the classroom, and thereby benefit the community as a whole. IAE gives substantial support for educational curriculum and training, supplemental programs not regularly supported by the district, and durable educational equipment and materials to enable all students to excel.
