Class of 2021 Senior & their parents/guardians,
This is a reminder that this Friday, December 4th, senior will have the opportunity to take a photo for their Identification badge.
Lifetouch will be taking drive up photographs on the Ashbury Avenue side of the school. Students will arrive during their scheduled time period and will enter the driveway at the front of the school. Students are asked to wear a mask as they exit their vehicle and will only be asked to remove it to take the photo. All students will then pick up their ID's right after the photo is taken. Students will return to their vehicles and exit the campus.
Students will not be allowed to take a photograph with a mask on nor will hats be allowed.
In order to maintain social distancing and to protect the safety of all participants, we have set up a schedule when students can come and take their pictures.
The schedule is as follows:
8:00-9:00 am A-B
9:00-10:00 am C-D
11:30 am-1:00 pm E-L
1:00-2:30 pm M-Q
2:30-4:00 pm R-Z
The makeup date for ID's will be January 15th and a schedule will be posted later.
This information will also be posted to the class of 2021 social media pages and the school website.
These photographs are for ID's only.
If your student wants a photograph in our 2020-21 yearbook, or for a personal keepsake, they will need to take a senior portrait, which is by appointment only. The senior portrait appointments have been posted to senior Google classroom. If they do not see their names or an appointment needs to be rescheduled please email Lifetouch at: byterritory@lifetouch.com. -

Este viernes 6 de noviembre, los estudiantes de primer año tendrán la oportunidad de tomar una foto de la escuela para su identificación y, con suerte, un anuario.
Lifetouch tomará fotografías en el lado de la escuela de Ashbury Avenue. Los estudiantes llegarán durante su período de tiempo programado y entrarán en el camino de entrada al frente de la escuela. Se les pide a los estudiantes que usen una máscara al salir de su vehículo y solo se les pedirá que se la quiten para tomar la foto. We made it. The November break begins today. It will be a week-long recess like we have never experienced before. Please remember to be vigilant, follow the physical/social distancing guidelines, and to wear a mask when out.

WCCUSD, Safeway, Hill Physicians Medical Group, Blue Shield of California team to immunize students
WCCUSD partnered with Safeway, Hill Physicians Medical Group, and Blue Shield of California to help immunize 244 students of the more than 600 students who needed the required school immunization during the seven-hour drive-thru clinic.

First, due to the ongoing COVID levels, we have to postpone tomorrow's, Friday, 1/8, book drop off for seniors.
Book drop offs now have to be conducted as drive through drop offs and all people in a car must be wearing a mask. Please make sure to bring your school ID to make scanning your information safer for all.
Monday, January 11th is seniors;
Tuesday 1/12 is juniors;
Wednesday, 1/13 is sophomores;
Thursday, 1/14 is freshman.
Every day, students with last names A-L will drop off books from 9-11:30am; students with last names M-z will drop off books from 11:30-2pm.
Friday, 1/15 will be a make up day from 9-2pm.
Second, we had to cancel our make up picture day scheduled for January 15th. We will not be able to reschedule this until after we are out of our current purple state. We will send information with a new make up date once we have been cleared to do so.
We will also post all of this information on our website. In the meantime, I hope that we are all able to stay happy and healthy in 2021. I know that this will definitely be a better year!! With lots of love, GOGAUCHOS!!! -
