One of my favorite aspects of teaching is learning about the unique interests, skills, goals, and challenges of the amazing students that I get to work with each day. This relational aspect of the student-teacher dynamic is crucial to success in independent studies, and I look forward to further developing my ability to connect with students, staff, and parents while being of service to the students at Vista.

Personally, I live with my wife and two sons in Central California. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, reading, writing fiction, playing soccer, and watching a variety of sports.
