How to order Transcripts
Current Student or Alumni who attended or graduated within the current year:
Contact School Registrar of your current/last high school of attendance.
Alumni who last attended or graduated more than one year ago:
Print and complete the Transcript and Records Request Form and submit a copy of your photo ID (NO EXCEPTIONS). This form and copy of the photo ID can be mailed to the office, or emailed to francisco.duartevargas@wccusd.net, when you submit your request & fee:

West Contra Costa Unified School District is allowed to release this information with written permission from the Alumni 18 years or older. Proper identification must be presented at the time of the request along with payment in full. Alumni must give written permission for records to be released for mailing or pickup by anyone other than themselves.
Only completed forms will be processed.
There is no “RUSH” service available.

Updated Masking Guidance
Currently, all WCCUSD employees and students are required to wear a mask at all times, other than eating, while at school and work. Starting on Thursday, March 3, outdoor masking will no longer be required for WCCUSD students and employees. Students and employees are still required to wear masks indoors. Masks will not be required for students outside during the lunch period.
