Betty Reid Soskin 100th Birthday and Middle School Renaming Celebration
The West Contra Costa Unified School District will celebrate Betty Reid Soskin’s 100th birthday with an unveiling ceremony to officially rename one of its middle schools in honor of the nation’s oldest living National Park Ranger.

Vandalism at Our Schools 7/11/2022
Over the past two weeks, Nystrom Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Greenwood Academy and Bayview Elementary have been vandalized. Richmond Police informed us charter schools in the area have also been vandalized during this time.
