Clarifying Friday's Community Message

Happy break WCCUSD Community,

I hope you are enjoying a much-need Presidents' Week Recess. I want to clarify that the school district hopes and expects to return to in-person instruction no later than this fall. There are many requirements that have to be met for every kid to return to school every day. Also, the experience will look different from traditional school.

We are creating plans for 100% in-person, hybrid, and distance learning to ensure that we can adjust based upon the conditions and direction from the board. I apologize for any confusion my prior statement may have caused.
