ParentLink Message (10/12) in English
Good evening, Lincoln families! This is Mrs. Parham with a message on behalf of the Lincoln team.
This message contains 3 pieces of information.
First, I hope that everyone had a restful holiday today. We will begin again with our normal distance learning schedule tomorrow. Please ensure your child is logged in beginning at 10 am for Homeroom tomorrow morning.
Second, this week, I will be holding Optional Listening Sessions with parents/guardians of 3rd-6th grade students. These sessions will be a chance to provide feedback on how our distance learning model is going. The first session will be on Wednesday, October 14th, from 5-6pm, and the second session will be on Friday, October 16th, from 9-10am. You only need to attend ONE session. If you are a parent or guardian of a 3rd-6th grader, and you'd like to attend a Listening Session, please log into zoom using meeting ID #: 825 292 8811 and passcode: Lincoln.
Third, please note that our Reading Parade and Running of the Halls celebrations have officially started! On Wednesdays, we will share our virtual Reading Parade, to highlight students on track with their annual reading goal, and on Fridays, we will share our virtual Running of the Halls, to highlight students on track with their annual math goal. Students will watch these videos in Homeroom, and you can watch them on our Class Dojo School Story! We are very proud of all students on track with their goals! Please note that Trimester One ends on October 30th, so there's still time to get on track with your reading and math goals!
That's all I have for now. Please tell your children that we love them, we care about them, we miss them, and we look forward to the day when we can all be together again soon. Take care.
