Good Evening Ford Families,

This is your Principal, Ms.Ridenour, with some important reminders:

1. Materials Pick Up
In light of increasing COVID cases, Ford is shifting to a no-contact pick up policy.
      * Families can ONLY pick up materials and supplies on Monday and Tuesdays
         from 8:30-11:30 to 12:30-3:00.
      * For your safety and that of our staff no one will be available to answer the
         door.
       * All families should dial (510) 231-1421 in advance, or when they arrive. Staff
         will set materials outside of the door for pick-up.

2. ELAC
Our English Learner Advisory Committee meets this Tuesday at 3:00 PM. We will be sharing information about supporting your English Learner Student.  Please follow this link to nominate yourself or someone else who can be an advocate for English Learners. The ELAC Committee is a place to  work together to support our English Learners.

3. December Focus PBIS:
This month, our PBIS Focus is to Fix Problems. An example of fixing a problem would be a student asking their teacher for help when they need help.
This week, we will encourage students to fix problems by students helping each other.
