Mother’s Day Weekend! What a special opportunity to share a loving message to all the wonderful mothers we have in our community. Thank you “mom’s” for the countless support and encouragement that you provide to your son and or daughter. We appreciate the “mom’s” throughout the Hercules community who are not only mom’s of their own children but mom’s to other children within their community! Together we raise our kids, together we support them in their academic endeavors, together we are proud of their achievements, together we appreciate each other and for that we are thankful for the many mom’s within the Titan community! Happy Mother’s Day.
We are in the 5th week of the 4th quarter and all students should have completed assignments in each of their assigned courses through a digital platform utilized by individual teachers. Academic Conversation of the week: What is the purpose of education, what is the purpose of learning? Why should you engage in continuous learning? What should be the motivating factor for you to do quality work? Is it the grade you earn, or the knowledge you gain that is the driving force?
All students must earn a C or higher in each of their courses. Any student who earns less than a C- minus, will need to re take that course in the summer or the following school year. The district is developing plans for summer school, all details will need to coincide with state and county health guidelines. More information will be provided to you in the upcoming weeks.
Seniors: You are in the final stretch, don't lose focus! Cap and Gown distribution is May 14th and Seniors last day of classes is May 29th. We are working on finalizing plans for graduation and will share details with you as soon as plans are approved by district and county officials. https://hhs.myschoolcentral.com/
