1a. 2021-22 Request to Continue at Current School of Attendance

The request to continue at current school of attendance form is available for current WCCUSD students that would like to continue attending the school site that they transfered to during the previous school year.

The request to continue at the enrolled school will be considered based on the commitment to maintain the following:

  • Student must maintain a 95% attendance rate for each grading period;
  • Student must attend school on time and have no truancies or unexcused absences during the year;
  • Student must maintain appropriate school behavior as outlined in the Student Handbook and Code of Conduct; and
  • Secondary school student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 each grading period.

School site administrators will be reviewing your student’s academic, attendance and disciplinary standing to determine transfer approval eligibility. Though not currently anticipated, students on a transfer may be subject to displacement to their resident school due to excessive enrollment.

Please note that a copy of a current utility bill as address verification must be submitted along with your application. Acceptable forms of address verifications are PG&E, water or garbage bills under the parent/guardian’s name and cannot be older than 45 days.
