Please join us on May 17, 2022, via Zoom for the annual meeting of members of the
Madera Elementary Foundation (MEF), concurrent with the May PTA meeting.

Anyone in the Madera community who has paid $5 or more in dues to the Foundation
since July 1, 2021 and before May 1, 2022, is a member of the MEF, and is eligible to
vote on matters presented at the meeting.

At this year’s annual meeting, we will close the vote on the nominees for the Board
of Directors of MEF for 2022 - 2023. Voting for Directors will take place online in the
days leading up to the meeting. Members will receive their ballots via email, as in
recent years.
