ParentLink Message in English (4/19/21)

Good evening, Lincoln families! This is Mrs. Parham with an important update from our Lincoln team.

Today, we opened our doors at Lincoln for the first time in 13 months. It was amazing! We served 74 students for in-person learning today, and we are still filling our classes with students from our Waiting List. Please keep in mind that while we cannot guarantee any student who wants a spot will definitely get one, our team is doing our best to accommodate your needs. If you are interested in an in-person spot, and do not yet have a confirmed spot, please make sure to give us a call. Also, please keep in mind there are 3 forms that every parent/guardian must sign in order for their child to participate in our Spring program: a Waiver, a Contract and a Consent form for Covid testing. You can find links to all of these forms on our Class Dojo School Story, or you can complete hard copies of each form in person at school. Please also keep in mind that we have staggered Arrivals and Dismissals, depending on grade level. Check out this information on our Class Dojo School Story. Also, make sure your child brings their charged chromebook to school every day - no need to bring a backpack, the chromebook is all they need.

Second, take note that if your child is not participating in our voluntary Spring in-person program, they should continue logging in to their teacher's zoom class every day. We still expect to see them in Homeroom every morning at 10 a.m. Remember that attendance and engagement count.

That's all I have for now. Please tell your children that we love them, we care about them, we've missed them so much, and we're so excited that we're FINALLY starting to see our students and families again in person. Take Care.
