Dear WCCUSD Parents and Guardians,

The transfer enrollment period begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, February 1st, and ends on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 4:00 pm. 

This year all applications must be submitted online.  For families interested in submitting a transfer, please complete this form and attach a current utility bill (within the last 45 days), such as PG&E, water, bank statement, pay stub, or garbage under the parent or legal guardian’s name. The approval process is not determined by a first-come-first-served basis. 

If you need help completing the application, you may contact 510-307-4535 or email us at transferoffice@wccusd.net  to make an appointment.  Transfer Office hours during open enrollment are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that an application submitted after the deadline will be considered late.

Additionally, if you would like to apply for an Inter-District transfer to a school outside of our district, you may submit your application starting January 31st, by completing the Inter-District Form.
