WCCUSD's Fab Lab Hosting a Series of Staff and Community Events

Dover Elementary Student look on as the Mobile Fab Lab creates name tags with a laser cutter The West Contra Costa Unified School District's Fab Lab, located at Kennedy High School, is hosting a series of events for both staff and the community this summer.

The Fab Lab has open hours for the community on Wednesday, July 24 and Wednesday, July 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Staff hours for the summer are Tuesdays, July 18 and Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Fab Lab is also hosting three Summer Workshops:

Workshop are $10 to $20. The Fab Lab is located at Kennedy High School Room 601, 4300 Cutting Blvd., Richmond.

The Fab Lab at Kennedy was one of the first on the West Coast and allows you to create almost anything you can think of using computers, laser printers and 3D printers.
