Greetings!!

My name is Lucia Diaz and I'm so excited to be a Vista Tiger. This is my 29th year teaching K-6 in various Bay Area districts.  I also teach new teachers in the credential program at Holy Names University in Oakland.  My B.A. is in Liberal Studies from Cal State East Bay and my M.A. is in Linguistics from USF. I have two teenage children and a little dog. In my free time I like to crochet, cook, kayak and dance with the Colombian Cultural Society.  I can't wait to get to know everyone in my new virtual school!!!
