Study Trip Forms & Information

What you need to know:

• All requests for day trips will now be submitted through the new Informed K12 Study Trip Form.
• The form will guide trip organizers through the required information and documentation.
• Requests will be routed electronically to the appropriate individuals for review and approval.
• Trip organizers should submit requests early enough to allow sufficient time for the review and approval process.
• Administrators and office staff will have a role in reviewing, approving, and/or supporting the processing of study trip requests.
