IEP Planners

IEP Planners are available for parents and guardians to assist in organizing your student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) records. Our planners include a space for the current IEP, progress reports, work samples, contacts and more. 
Bringing your student's organized records with you to the IEP meeting can help the entire IEP meeting process.  

Planners are available from the Special Education Dept. Parent Liaison office. Call 510 307-4669.
