Director of TK-12 Operations/Safety

Julio Franco leads and oversees all safety operations across the district, ensuring that schools maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. He develops and implements district-wide safety protocols, collaborates with local law enforcement agencies, and ensures that emergency response plans are up to date. Additionally, he provides training and guidance to campus safety officers and works closely with school administrators to address safety concerns proactively.

Charles Johnson

Campus Safety Officer (CSO) Supervisor

As the CSO Supervisor, Charles Johnson manages and supports the team of Campus Safety Officers across multiple school sites. He ensures that safety policies are consistently enforced, coordinates security efforts for school events, and provides crisis management support when needed. He also plays a key role in mentoring and training CSOs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to handle a variety of safety-related situations.

Sandra Ornelas Acosta

Administrative Technician

Sandra Ornelas Acosta provides critical administrative support to the Director of TK-12 Operations and Safety. She manages scheduling, communications, and documentation related to safety initiatives across the district.
