order a diploma or Replacement Diploma 


For Students Requesting a Replacement Diploma

If you are a student requesting your own replacement diploma, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Eligibility:
    Confirm that you are eligible to request a replacement diploma. Ensure that your student records are current and that any outstanding issues (if applicable) have been resolved.

  2. Log In:
    Access your student account on the WCCUSD website using your secure login credentials.

  3. Complete the Request Form:
    Navigate to the "Replacement Diploma" section and fill out the online request form. Provide your personal details (name, student ID, date of birth, etc.) as requested.

  4. Submit Required Documentation:
    If any additional documentation is required (e.g., a proof of identity or enrollment), please upload the necessary files as indicated on the form.

  5. Pay Processing Fees:
    Complete the payment process through our secure payment portal. A processing fee may apply for the issuance of a replacement diploma.

  6. Confirmation:
    After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and an estimated timeline for processing.

  7. Delivery:
    Once processed, your replacement diploma will be mailed to the address provided in your application.


For Parents/Guardians or Authorized Representatives Ordering on Behalf of a Student alumni

If you are ordering a replacement diploma for a student (and not the student themselves), please follow these additional steps:

  1. Confirm Authorization:
    Ensure that you have proper authorization to request a replacement diploma on behalf of the student. You may be asked to provide documentation (e.g., a notarized letter or legal authorization) verifying your relationship and permission.

  2. Access the Appropriate Form:
    On the WCCUSD website, go to the "Replacement Diploma" section and select the option for “Ordering on Behalf of a Student.”

  3. Fill Out the Form:
    Complete the form with the student’s details (full name, student ID, date of birth) along with your contact information. Indicate your relationship to the student and attach any required authorization documents.

  4. Payment:
    Proceed to the secure payment portal to pay the required processing fee. Ensure that all billing information is accurate.

  5. Submit Your Request:
    Once the form and payment have been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of your request.

  6. Processing and Delivery:
    After the necessary verifications are complete, the replacement diploma will be processed and mailed to the student's designated address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

There is a 4-8 week processing period for replacement diplomas and copies of transcripts.
