Enroll in Pre-School

Thank you for your interest in the WCCUSD State Preschool Program!

We are excited to share information about our program and guide you through the enrollment process for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

Is Your Child Eligible? Children born between December 3, 2020, and December 1, 2022, are eligible to enroll in our preschool program.

How to Apply

1.      Pick Up an Application: Please visit our department at 1108 Bissell Avenue, Room 128, during the following hours to pick up an application packet:

o    Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

o    Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

2.      Gather Required Documents: To ensure your application is complete, please prepare copies of the following documents:

o    Birth Certificates: Copies for all children residing in the household.

o    Physical Exam: Copy of a physical exam completed within 11 months of enrollment.

o    Immunization Records: Copy of your enrolling child's TB test results and shot record.

o    Income Verification:

-  Copies of check stubs for the most recent month for all adults living in the household.

-  If not currently working, please submit an Income Declaration sheet and a Statement of Release.

-  If you are receiving unemployment or any other state/federal income support, please attach benefit letters as income documents.

o    Proof of Residency: Copy of a current utility bill or any other valid proof of address.

3.     Once you have completed the application and gathered all required documents, please come to the preschool office to turn in your packet.

School Sites: Contact the Pre-school early learning program for a list of schools that offer this program.

Session Times

o    AM Session (for 4-year-olds): 8:15 AM - 11:15 AM

o    PM Session (for 3-year-olds): 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
