Powerschool (For Parents & Students)

WCCUSD utilizes PowerSchool for two essential functions: Student Enrollment and the PowerSchool Portal, which serves as a communication hub between families, students, and schools. Below is an overview of each platform, its benefits, and how to access them.

Purpose:
The PowerSchool Portal is an interactive online tool for families and students to stay informed about academic progress, attendance, schedules, and school communications.

Benefits:

  • Real-Time Grades & Attendance: Monitor student performance and absences.
  • School-to-Home Communication: Receive school updates, announcements, and teacher messages.
  • Course Schedules & Assignments: View class schedules and homework details.

When to Use:

  • Throughout the school year for checking grades, attendance, and school updates.
  • During course selection periods for middle and high school students.
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences or when monitoring academic progress.

How to Access:
