We provide training and coaching to ensure that educators are equipped to support our multilingual students, helping them foster an environment where every student can excel.
Coaching for Teacher Teams and Leaders
Our coaching programs provide hands-on support to teachers and school leaders, ensuring that the best practices are in place to support student success.
Multilingual Programming
We offer robust multilingual programs, including our Mandarin Immersion and Spanish Dual Language Immersion programs, helping students become fluent in two or more languages while developing strong academic skills.
Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Development
We provide guidance on creating curriculum that meets the needs of English learners and students enrolled in Dual Language Immersion programs, ensuring they receive a well-rounded and rigorous education.
Family and Community Engagement
We actively involve families and communities through the Multilingual District Advisory Committee (MDAC), providing a space for input and feedback on multilingual programming and services.
Testing and Placement Services
Our office supports the testing and placement of all incoming English learners, ensuring that students are placed in the right educational program to meet their needs and help them thrive.

The ELML Achievement Office is at the forefront of ensuring that all students, including English learners and multilingual students, receive the support they need to excel. We work closely with educators, school leaders, and families to provide a high-quality education that values linguistic and cultural diversity.
