Bond Program Management Plan

This Bond Program Management Plan (PMP) documents the internal controls that implement the District’s policies, safeguard its assets, provide compliance with state and federal regulations, and produce accurate financial information. The Plan is made up of four narrative sections: Program & Operations, Administration, Fiscal, and Project Management. These sections provide supplemental information about the District’s management and day-to-day processes, they do not replace any Board Policies or District contract requirements. The Plan also includes Appendices, which are updated as forms and resources are updated.
