Spring Break Camp

Spring Break Camps 2026

WCCUSD’s Expanded Learning Office (EXLO) is partnering with local youth-serving nonprofit organizations to offer a free Spring Break Camp for TK–6 students at select hub schools.

Spring Break Camp provides a safe, engaging environment where students participate in hands-on enrichment activities, structured physical activity, and community-building experiences during the school break.  Please review the camp descriptions below.

Dates: Tuesday, April 7 – Friday, April 10, 2026
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. daily
Cost: Free

YMCA Spring Break Camp allows children to explore new interests, develop creativity, build friendships, and stay active through hands-on arts, games, and group experiences designed to spark curiosity and joy.

Headwaters Spring Break Camp offers a fun and engaging experience where children can explore nature and discover the world around them through hands-on activities and outdoor experiences.

*Students will receive breakfast, lunch, and supper each day through WCCUSD Nutrition Services.

Priority Enrollment Information

Priority enrollment is available for WCCUSD TK–6 students who meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Families in Transition (FiT)/McKinney-Vento
  • Foster youth
  • Eligible for free or reduced-price meals (FRPM)
  • English learners (EL)
     

Students who meet priority criteria and are enrolled in their school’s after-school program may receive additional priority for Spring Break Camp.

All applicants will initially be placed on a waitlist while applications are reviewed. Your child is not officially enrolled until you receive a confirmation email from the program.

How to Apply

Enrollment space is limited for all Non-School Day Expanded Learning Programs.

To apply, families must complete the online application. All submitted applications are initially placed on a waitlist while enrollment is processed.

Students are not officially enrolled until families receive a confirmation email from the program.

As part of the application process, families may rank their first, second, and third program site choices. If a preferred site is full, the student may be considered for placement at an alternate selected site based on availability.

Programs will contact families directly once a student has been admitted.
