Governance Committee

The WCCUSD Governance Committee supports effective leadership and accountability across the district. It is a standing committee of the Board of Education that reviews and develops policies, protocols, and systems that guide the work of the Board and the Superintendent. The committee ensures strong governance practices, promotes transparency, and helps align board operations with district goals and student outcomes.
