    As of March 2014, we will no longer provide printed copies of your direct deposit pay statement. See How to Read your Pay Statement Starting January 2014 to view what a check will look like. You will receive an e-mail with an attached PDF of your direct deposit pay statement.  See Sample email.

    Payroll FAQ: 
    How do I open the attached PDF? It is asking for a document password? The code for accessing your direct deposit PDF is the last 4 digits of your Social Security. 

    Will checks be visible/available indefinitely or will the link expire?  It is recommended you save a copy of your check and delete the email after you have downloaded the PDF to a secure location (your private folder, not a shared folder)

    Do I need to save copies of the PDFs or just the links?  Only save the PDF copy of your pay advice to a secure location.

    Are the W4 forms on Munis?  W4's are visible on ESS
