Located in San Pablo, North Campus Continuation High School is an alternative four-year public high school in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. North Campus occupies seven classrooms and an office in the building of a former elementary school site. We have a small student population of 120 students. Our students come to us from many different backgrounds and for many reasons. Our motto at North Campus is "Working Together, Succeeding Together." With this motto in mind, teachers and students face the daily tasks required of them to move forward, to give students necessary skills to become productive members of society, and to overcome whatever obstacles they may face along the way.
In 2002, North Campus received the "Model Continuation School" award. We were one of the few schools to receive a 6-year review on our last WASC accreditation , and have been designated a "Leadership" school by BASRC (Bay Area School Reform Collaborative) for our School-To-Career program . In March of this school year, we established a "Mini Career Center" in room 10. Weekly Instructional Leadership Team meetings are held to discuss and review student Progress and school curriculum.
