Meeting agendas covered by the Brown Act are posted 72 hours in advance on the front door of the W.W. Snodgrass Adminstration Building , 1108 Bissell Avenue, Richmond Calif., 94801. The district also strives to post meeting agendas on its web site 72 hours in advance. If for any reason the district is unable to do so, agendas will be posted as soon as circumstances allow.
