E.M. Downer School provides a developmentally appropriate, challenging curriculum and positive school climate in which students, teachers, staff and administrators work cooperatively to achieve high academic and professional expectations. Downer students will develop literacy and bi-literacy skills to become strategic readers, effective writers, competent problem solvers and confident learners. To further these goals, Downer School will enhance and extend the school program through parent/community support and involvement. |
