Stege School , one of the first schools in Richmond , was named after Richard Stege, a wealthy frog farmer on whose estate the school was built. It opened in 1903 and is located in central Richmond. The present building was erected in 1943. Booker T. Anderson Park and Community Center is adjacent to the school.
All Contra Costa and East Bay schools are invited to attend STEM Games on Saturday, March 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Richmond Convention Center.
