Measure D Passes
At the June 8 primary election, voters in West Contra Costa overwhelmingly
passed Measure D, the $380 million bond measure to continue the repairs,
upgrades and replacements of schools in West Contra Costa Unified. With a
“yes” vote more than 62%, the measure passed with a substantial margin of
victory over the 55% required for approval. The project list for Measure D
